There is no better day to celebrate the fabulousness of Irish food than St. Patrick’s Day. With that in mind, I made Beef & Guinness pies to celebrate the occasion. The recipe was thanks to Irish chef Clodagh McKenna who is busy promoting her latest cookbook ‘Clodagh’s Irish Kitchen’.
Her beef and Guinness pie recipe incorporates dark chocolate into the sauce adding depth and richness to this traditional Irish dish. She shared the recipe in this month’s issue of Irish Tatler. She also shares the recipe and encapsulates what is so fabulous about Irish food in an interview for the UK Telegraph, which is well worth a read.
